OUR COMPANY

FATHOM is a certified Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (WOSB/SDVOSB) and a full-service partner helping organizations successfully adopt, implement, and scale modern software solutions. We work across the entire lifecycle, from early education and solution understanding to procurement, deployment, and long-term adoption. By combining technical expertise with strategic guidance, we ensure that the solutions you invest in are not only implemented correctly, but deliver measurable, lasting value.

We support both software manufacturers and end users by bridging the gap between technology and execution. Whether it’s navigating complex purchasing decisions, standing up systems, or operationalizing tools within real workflows, FATHOM ensures that every step is aligned to your mission and outcomes. Our goal is simple: turn powerful software into practical, effective capabilities.

THE FATHOM WAY

At FATHOM, we believe the lifecycle of a successful software solution begins with training and extends through sustained performance. Our five-phase approach, Align, Acquire, Implement, Adopt, and Optimize, known as The FATHOM Way, ensures technology is not just deployed, but fully understood, adopted, and embedded into everyday operations.

We bridge the gap between capability and usability by combining strategic guidance, technical expertise, and continuous optimization. The result is technology that isn’t just installed, it’s embraced, delivering measurable value long after deployment.
